WHERE DREAMS COME TRUE - 4 DAYS FROM JANUARY 3, 2024

Does the trip of your dreams exist? Yes! This, even if you've never imagined it, is a journey where dreams become reality. The whole world in a single village (each room, hut, chalet is inspired by a different country in the world). But that's not all, this specific area (we're in France, in the Drome region), decidedly untouristic, is truly an inspiration and transformation of dreams. The Drôme is where the Alps meet Provence, of which it already has the warm and fragrant atmosphere... Culture is omnipresent here. Nature has safeguarded its rights, offering countless itineraries for numerous activities. And in the colorful markets, local products offer a taste of Drôme gastronomy... not to mention the high-quality wines that enjoy a legendary reputation! We'll meander between our chalets from each country, visiting almost surreal places. First and foremost, the IDEAL PALACE, a monument built by Farmer Ferdinand Cheval from 1879 to 1912. He dedicated 33 years of his life to building this uninhabitable palace alone, using stones collected daily during his visits, drawing inspiration from nature, postcards, and the first illustrated magazines he distributed. An architectural work as unclassifiable as it is universal, now a historic monument. And then the marvelous CREST TOWER, CRUSOL CHÂTEAU, and several dozen hilltop villages characterize the Drôme landscape. These take advantage of the smallest hilltops and develop on the sheltered slopes of the famous Mistral wind. Most of them, built in the Middle Ages, were collective dwellings, often clustered at the foot of the castle and on the heights to see and be seen. A wonderful circuit starting from VALSOYO to discover: CHABRILLAN, LA ROCHE SUR GRANE, MARSANNE, MIRMANDE, CLIOUSCLAT. To conclude with the Enchanted Forest, THE WORLD OF ELVES IN HOSTUN offers a fun outdoor journey to discover the little people, home to an unusual fauna: trolls, elves, mushrooms, witches, Merlin the Enchanter, the child-eating tree, and gnomes. Inside, legendary characters await! And between visits, we'll certainly find time to visit the PALACE OF CANDY AND NOUGAT. In short, gentlemen travelers, you'll feel like children again, you'll dream, you'll breathe in the world!
